Anastasia State Park is promoting physical and healthy lifestyles with a “Low Tide Bike Ride”. This program will give our visitors a great cardio vascular workout on one of the most awesome beaches in Florida. You should bring at least one pint of water, your bicycle, a snack, binoculars and sunscreen. This Ranger led event include a low tide bike ride and bird watch. Participants will enjoy an ecology talk at the point of Conch Island and then start the return trip. Riders should be prepared for weather conditions on the beach which could be influenced by heat, cold, wind and sand. This program is free with paid park admission. Anastasia State Parks goal is to provide access for people of all abilities. If you have any special needs, you are asked to please contact park staff at (904) 461-2033 before your arrival.
